We’re cold right now. I’m a big boy, I can admit when things are getting ugly.
I am getting real close to permanently claiming Jam City as my residence and I really don’t think I’d fit in with the people there. Things can get dark fast if we go down that road, so let’s just find a freakin’ winner.
We need to dig deep this weekend, no messing around. So we will start with another of our tried and true gambling mantra’s to stop this slide.

So let’s take a look at one home underdog that we can count on to cover this weekend.
Maryland + 14 vs. Texas
This is a rematch of one of the best games of opening weekend 2017. Maryland hung on to beat Texas 51-41, which is what is going to give them the confidence they need to do it again. It is also their first game since the death of teammate Jordan McNair. We know it will be an emotional game for the Terrapins and they will come out desperately wanting to win it for their guy.

We know damn well that Maryland Football was working their players as hard as physically possible this offseason. Well, even harder than physically possible I guess. Was Tom Herman willing to literally run his Longhorn’s to death in order to prepare for the football season? Sure doesn’t seem that way.
